CLEARTECH.NET will issue a full refund of course fees requested within 30 days of payment provided the online student has not completed the course. Completed courses are not eligible for a course fee refund. A student may make a request for refund by sending a message to their course instructor using the course server's internal message system.

In the event a course is no longer available, CLEARTECH.NET will refund course fees paid within six months of availability for those students that have not completed the course and request the refund within 30 days. Under no circumstances will CLEARTECH.NET refund course fees paid over six months previous for incomplete courses.
